Thyantra Billing — Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Thyantra Billing app for Android (“the app”), published by Thyantra Technologies (“we”, “us”). In short: everything you enter stays on your phone. We do not run any server for the app and we never receive your data.

What the app stores

• Shop settings: shop name and currency.
• Products: names, prices, stock levels and, if you add one, an image web address.
• Sales: items sold, amounts and dates.
• Customers you add for credit sales: name, phone number, amounts owed and payments.

This information is stored only in the app’s private storage on your device. Other apps cannot read it.

What we collect

Nothing. The app has no account or sign-in, and no analytics, advertising, tracking or crash-reporting tools. It does not send your data to us or to anyone else.

Internet use

The app uses the internet only to show product images from web addresses that you type in. When it loads such an image, the website hosting it can see your device’s IP address, as with any web page. Only secure (https) addresses are allowed.

Sharing you choose to do

• Receipts you print or save, sales CSV exports and backup files are created only when you tap the button, and go wherever you send them (for example a printer, email or Google Drive).
• Backup files contain all your app data, including customer phone numbers. Keep them somewhere private.
• Android may include app data in your phone's own Google backup, depending on your phone settings. That backup is handled by Google under your Google account, not by us.

Customer information

If you record customers’ names and phone numbers, you are responsible for having their agreement and for keeping that information accurate. You can edit or delete a customer at any time in the app (once they owe nothing).

Deleting your data

You can delete products and customers in the app. To remove everything, uninstall the app or clear its storage in your phone’s Settings. Because we hold none of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Children

The app is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If the app’s handling of data changes, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date above before releasing that version.
